License from You for Your Content

Clause 9 : “By submitting, transmitting, making available or posting Your Content through PingChat!, You grant Us a world-wide, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and license to use, sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display Your Content worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the purposes of operating and providing PingChat!“
